SELLER NOTES

This incredible 1942 GPW "Willy's" JEEP has just over 1,268 miles since completion, and is a proven and reliable JEEP made specifically for Parade and event use. It comes with an array of memorabilia and maintenance/replacement parts, and a complete dossier of information and receipts for the entire build. No doubt one of the finest examples available today.

Paint and body were completely redone off-frame, and even a cursory look shows that there are no rust patches, issues, bondo panels, chicken wire or anything else. It is all metal, and all done to exacting levels to make this JEEP look as good as possible. Floor pans are exceptional, and everything shows beautifully from any angle.

The Desert Sand finish is era correct, as is the Officer height windshield and roof with new canvas top and matching interior. Era correct serial number starts with 20, and the logos and things are all HAND-PAINTED and include a a custom made metal stencil for the hood star. From the horseshoe with GOOD LUCK NUCK to the front bumper that reads FIRST TO BASTOGNE, FIRST TO THE RHINE, the lettering pays homage to General Patton and his Troops as they fought the Battle of the Bulge. Everything else was kept as era correct as possible on the outside, including Jerry can, accessories, dash controls, lights, horn, seats, and more.

The stock engine was replaced by a GM 305ci V8 motor, to allow it to have ample power for towing a small float in parades, and the custom aluminum radiator and hi-flow water pump were installed to give it no opportunity to overheat while idling for an hour or two at events celebrating the strength of our WWII Veterans throughout the country. Transmission, axles, transfer case, and suspension components were all completely rebuilt, and have full functionality.

This unit has been see throughout the U.S. at many events and shows, and is as reliable as they come. Call us today to make it yours. 941-286-0889
