This 1973 Mustang Mach 1 is finished in its original 3k Blue Glow finish over Black knit vinyl buckets. It is exceptionally clean inside and out, and comes to you with a Deluxe Marti Report verifying equipment, options, and colors. It has just over 3,000 miles since a mechanical and cosmetic refurbishment, and shows exceptionally well.
The Blue Glow paint is very nice all around, with less than a handful of minor stone chips which have been professionally touched up over the years. Black vinyl stripes accentuate the car perfectly, and present exceptionally well all around the car.
The NASA hood is original to the car, and it comes with two additional inserts should you ever to need replace the existing units. Rear deck spoiler is original to the car, and is complemented by the rear window louvers. Glass is original to the car, and shows wonderfully, with no chips, cracks or laminate issues. It has been deep tinted (including the windshield) to keep the Florida sun out.
Power steering and power front/rear drum brakes are dialed in perfectly, and factory forged aluminum wheels are original to the car as well, although the white sidewall tires were traded for a recent set of raised white letter modern radials.
Inside, the vinyl interior presents quite nicely, with the convenience group, sport deck rear seat, console, SelectAire A/C system, AM/FM stereo, and the MACH 1 Sports Interior Option, all being original to the car.
The 351-4V Cleveland V8 is original to the car, as is the four-speed manual transmission and 3.25 conventional rear axle. It starts, idles, runs, drives, pulls, performs, handles, and stops like it was 1974 and you were looking at a dealer owned demonstrator. I have personally driven the car about 205 miles, and it has been a joy to drive in every regard.
Deluxe Marti report comes with the car, as do some additional spare components that were gathered along the cars lifetime for later use. It presents even better in person than in the photos, and I encourage you to come see it for yourself!
