1 of just 2435 Vipers made in 2004, this incredible 18k mile Viper Red roadster comes to you with a perfect CarFAX and AutoCheck history, exceptional record of service and maintenance, two FOB units and keys, complete owner packet, and legendary NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne's autograph on the dash! 

The Viper Red finish is very clean all-around and shows the level of car the car was given by its previous two owners. I can see about 5 minor blemishes a few millimeters in size on the painted surface, but nothing that readily attracts the eye. Most are under the front lower fascia and all have been professionally touched up at some point with Viper Red paint. Glass is flawless all around, with no cracks, chips, or issues. Headlamps are clean and clear, as are the fog lamps and tail lamp units. Badging and emblems appear new, and the 18 and 19-inch polished aluminum wheels show light signs of age on some of the inner spoke turns, but no curb damage or scratches. They are wrapped in Michelin tires with a measured 5/32 up front and 6/32 in rear. Convertible top shows wonderfully with some light pilling on the rear corners, but NO rips, tears, seam pulls, brittleness, or thread loss to be found. It goes up and down easily, and both latches function perfectly. Overall, it has got to be one of the nicest 2004 Vipers I have personally seen in the past few years. 

Inside, the black leather and suede seating surfaces look great, with no anomalies, rips, tears, stains, or issues. Console, dash, A-pillars, door panels, and rear fill panel all show issue free as well with no cracks, scrapes, or problems. Even the factory ashtray/cupholder is still intact and shows like new! OEM radio functions perfectly and each speaker has been checked to verify that it works without issue. CD player functions as it should. All of the lights, wipers, heating, A/C, defrost, and interior lighting functions perfectly as well. There are no warning lights, no prior or stored codes, and no known issues with the car at this time. The only interior flaw is the steering wheel which shows some marks and blemishes, but I am having it refinished next week.  

It is a stock powertrain, and starts, idles, runs, drives, performs, and stops without any issues. Acceleration can best be explained the way Car and Driver Magazine did, stating “the thrust from the mighty V-10 remains one of the greatest rushes in motoring”. Make no mistake, the Viper is NOT for everyone. This is a modern interpretation of the original A/C Cobra. A hot, maniacal, extroverted lunatic hell-bent on getting wherever you want to go in a hurry. No lane-keeping assistance or massaging seats; instead, you get an 8.3L V10 engine producing 500 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque in a car with a curb weight of 3,410 pounds. You get the most solid shifting 6-speed manual you could ask for actuated by a clutch that will have you hitting leg-day 3 times a week. You get an interior that has the bare essentials but nothing to distract you from the fact that you are in what equates to a race car and should be minding the store and not fiddling with some touchscreen. Chassis is clean and issue-free, and NO signs of being tracked, bottomed-out, or in inclement weather and salt.

I have loved these since they came out, and the Gen III cars are probably my favorite, as they retained so much of the original concept but just made it better without taking away the raw edge it has. 

I cannot think of a single issue or problem with this car that would upset the next owner, and I have personally put about 67 miles on it in a mix of in-town and freeway traffic. It takes the day away that’s for sure, and if winding the RPM’s up to the 6k mark doesn’t make you smile, then it is time to see your Dr. about a Zoloft scrip.
