The truck was purchased by the 2nd owner in 2010 in Port Charlotte, FL. That owner took great pains to find all of the available accessories Dodge had for the truck, and he enjoyed taking it to local shows and events throughout SWFL. The 3rd owner was none other than the "Lil Red Dad" himself, who was close by in Englewood, FL and carried on the level of care and service the truck had been given since new. The 3rd owner acquired the truck in 2019 and brought it to Ft Myers.

In 2022 the engine swap was undertaken. The build encompasses installing a 2019 RAM 1500 Hemi V8 along with the 8-speed automatic. While this process was undertaken, all of the suspension bits were upgraded and replaced, a new custom exhaust fabricated, and a complete and total rewiring of the truck was done using the new aftermarket harness from Summit Racing, along with a HotWire engine and transmission management hub. Every single wire was replaced from front to back. MagnaFlow cats are included in the sale as well!

Modern audio system was installed with Apple/Android CarPLAY/ Navigation/XM/Backup Camera, all of the gauges replaced with modern analog units and GPS speedometer, and 4 new 6x9 speakers installed. A HotWire Electronic Cruise Control system was installed, and a JEG's tilt column too. Rear differential was rebuilt with a 3.21 Ring and Pinion. Brake system was fully flushed and rebuilt or replaced with new components. New U-joints and a completely new heating and air conditioning system were all installed as well. Be-Cool Radiator with Derale high-output fan and shroud system keeps things cool. Carter rotary vane electric fuel pumps with Wix filters feed the Edelbrock EFI sump and keep a steady fuel supply running. Cardone power steering pump with all new hoses, a Hayden transmission cooler, and new Vintage condenser were also installed. A micro serpentine belt kit, 240A double saddle alternator, new washer reservoir, brake light switch, new fuel tank, fuel lines, custom HURST shift arm and boot, all new Cragar rims and tires, and a complete tune by Five-Bar Performance.

It has a proven and reliable 2,367 miles since built and is ready to go anywhere you want to take it!

Interior shows wonderfully, and everything works as it should. Exterior is extremely nice, and a 4-inch felt magnet shows no rust/bondo areas, just clean and straight steel all around. Window rubbers, fuzzies, and regulators were replaced and work like new, and the rear slider functions perfectly too. Chrome is bright and clean, aluminum looks great, and the wood shows amazingly well. Trucker mirrors, rollback tonneau, hidden battery tender plug, and fully refurbished trim everywhere you look round things out.
